Free Bible Study resources that will greatly encourage you

Five free Bible study resources

These are the five free Bible study resources I mentioned yesterday. But I thought today I would follow up with yesterday’s post and give you some actual snapshots of the online tools. Maybe if you saw some actual pages it would take away any hesitation to check them out. Isn’t it true that sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words?

First Resource

This first website is from BIBLEGateway.org.

Second resource

This second website is from Blueletterbible.org

Third resource

But I dearly love this next resource from J.Vernon McGee’s, Through the Bible website. If you get a chance, listen to some of his broadcasts on this site. He has a unique style. The reason I like him so much is that he comes across very down-to-earth and yet was highly educated. Incredibly, he wrote commentaries for every book of the Bible. They are wonderful. He is very direct and holds no punches.

My husband bought me the whole set years ago and I foolishly, during a decluttering episode, got rid of them because I figured I would use the online versions instead. How I wish I’d kept them! I don’t know about you but I love to hold an actual book in my hands.

Fourth resource

This next site is very extensive and may take some getting used to but it is a great resource. However, just about anything you want to find is available. It’s called preceptsaustin.

Fifth resource

Finally, here is a snapshot of a site that contains free Bible classes with credits towards accreditation. Guess what? It’s a few miles from where I live and has a great reputation. It’s called Christian Leaders Institute.

Enjoy these free resources

I hope seeing these snapshots of the sites I mentioned yesterday will be of value to you. Sometimes, studying the Bible can seem overwhelming. Tools like these make a big difference. And we all need help sometimes. Would love to know if you check out any of them.

God bless each of you and have a wonderful day.
