Do you REALLY like plain ‘ole chicken?

It’s not that I don’t like chicken. I just don’t like plain chicken.

I take that back. I do LOVE fried chicken although I never cook in that way and fried chicken is not “plain” chicken anyway, is it?

Anyway, I was on Pinterest and typed in a search using the words, “Sauces for chicken”. I found some recipes that I can’t wait to try.

But what I want to bring your attention to is this site that has this great chart that shows combining various items to makes lots of different marinades which could easily be turned into sauces. I’m going to print the chart and put it somewhere in the kitchen. If you’re like me and you’re always wondering how to dress-up your chicken recipes,  I think you’ll find it useful.

Anyway, happy cooking.

God bless and I hope you have a good day.
