Two health tips you need to know.

An interesting tidbit today, if you’re trying to lose weight or just. Now, I certainly don’t think these two tips are a magic formula but they’re certainly worth considering. I had never read these two ideas ever so I’m thinking you may not have either. The first one makes a lot of sense.

The second one? Well, you be the judge.

This is from Devin Alexander who was a host of FiTTV’s, “Healthy Decadence”.

Tip # 1.Turn  your buttered toast or salted potato rounds upside down so the flavor hits your tongue right away. Ultimately, that means you will be satisfied sooner and thus may eat less.

Tip # 2. A study from Barcelona has found that if you eat a sugary drink before breakfast, you will have a longer attention span and better verbal memory recall than those who started their morning with either caffeine or sugar itself. So enjoy that morning mocha!

Remember though, butter and sugar, aren’t your friends. So if you’re going to do this, back off on other things.

Have a great weekend and God bless.
