I LOVE avocados and always buy a bunch of them when they’re on sale. They are so-o-o-o-o healthy. Don’t worry about the high fat content-it’s the good stuff. It’s the fat that can actually lower your cholesterol.

Anyway, what I don’t like though is trying to keep them from turning brown. I’ve tried the lemon juice trick, the placing saran wrap firmly on top of the leftover’s. Nothing has worked.

I’m hoping this newest tip works.
