A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

week in review and another cabin guest
Monday’s post was a little unusual for me. I’ve been reading a lot about the brain. I shared with you how we even have memory in our fingers. Why you should care more about your health
There are days and then there are days. Yesterday wasn’t so bad in the sense that lots of bad things happened but more of a culmination of things concerning my mom’s health. So today I want to focus on our health, yours, mine, and those we care for. That’s why the title. That’s why I Read more

If you read last Friday’s post, you know we suffered damage from a wind sheer the night before. So Saturday the chainsaw came out. My husband is always telling me he won’t let me use that particular saw because I might get hurt.As I’m getting ready to go outside and help load the truck, my Read more

How to let your fingers spark your creativity
My post today is kind of weird. I admit it. I can’t remember where I first read about this process I’m going to share with you. It was years ago. It has to do with creative “blocks.” It doesn’t matter what the creative pursuit is, whether you’re a painter, a writer, a sculptor, a quilter, sewer, Read more

week review and thoughts about memory making
Boy, has this been a busy month. We just back from our week at the cabin and we came home to this, which was one of two Friday’s posts, (don’t know how that happened) so I’m doing things backward, starting with the oldest post first and then going in order. (This is only one spot. Read more
