A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

letting anger go underground, not a good idea
No, I ‘m not suggesting yelling and screaming. But if we always “pussy-foot” around issues and around people. But what do we accomplish except to prolong a situation until it comes non-repairable. That’s where I am today after having spend a sleepless night last night and a rough few days. All of this centers around Read more

Space for grace
(This wasn’t supposed to publish till tomorrow. So consider this tomorrow’s post. 🙂 We need to make time for grace. What do I mean? I think we get so busy we don’t realize that for us to receive the grace God wants to give means we have to make time in our life to receive it. Would Read more

Do You Believe? The movie and my thoughts
I don’t necessarily like “Christian” movies just because they are labeled “Christian”. Like any movie, there are good ones and bad ones. This one, DO YOU BELIEVE?, is excellent. Probably because it has two Oscar-winning actors, Sybil Shepherd and Mia Sorvino. Yes, there are a couple of story-lines that are fairly predictable. But then there are some surprises Read more
