I’ve done this many times, especially with avocados and it really works.
Did you know that avocados are so-o-o-o-o good for you? I mean, better than good. I eat them all the time. Yes, they’re high in fat but it’s the right kind of fat. The kind of fat that doesn’t raise cholesterol.
In fact, the WebMD site says eating an avocado every day can reduce bad cholesterol in some people, and because it’s good fat which makes s feel fuller.
I’ve seen recipes for avocado cheese cake which sounds great to me, although I’m quite sure it’s not for everybody.

Avocados, cheese, and nuts are all good in my book. In fact, I think I’ll go fix a plate of exactly that for lunch.
