A new approach. I hope you like it.

Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.

So, what do you think?

Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?

Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.

I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

My Book is on Amazon!!! A mission fulfilled

A mission fulfilled. My book is finally on Amazon, a mission fulfilled. It was fairly anti-climactic as I didn’t even know it right away. I wrote a book!!! Whoa. I still don’t believe it. I really did write a book. But I am well aware, God was the power behind it. He will be the Read more

  • Why accomplishing something great isn’t always what it seems

Why is it that when you accomplish something great, it isn’t always what it seems. Accomplishing a long-term dream I mean you’re expecting fireworks. A cake with hundreds of candles. A sense of “Yea, I did it.” I signed off on my book yesterday, meaning it will hit Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc, in about Read more

  • Honesty with God. Have you told Him how you really feel?

Being honest with God Honesty with God isn’t easy. Have you honestly told God how you really feel? We often think we’re being honest; we seldom are. The heart lags behind at times. If you’ll recall, my post yesterday was about how my mood was down and I figured it was because of the stress Read more
