A fun video that will brighten your day if you need to smile.

I have something fun to share with you today. I’m proud to say I did this all by myself. I hope it brings a smile to your face.

I’ve been so busy working on my latest book, among other things, I’ve felt a little overwhelmed. I realized I hadn’t been doing things I enjoy. Plus, it’s been too hot and humid.

I found this first slide on Canva and thought, “I wonder if I could create a video from this? So played around with it until I came up with this.

It fed my creative bent.

While writing is creative for me, certainly, it’s also a lot of work. It’s a solitary experience to begin with. Secondly, one feels like they’re spinning their wheels a lot. Then there’s the research. I love it all but it can be overwhelming. Changing focus helps me get back on track.

Plus, remember Distraction is a Wonderful Thing. This little phrase works for anxiety, depression, and a host of other mental plagues. I hope you enjoy this

Here it is.

Now wasn’t that fun?

God bless, and have a great weekend.

Rebecca
