A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

This week has been a week of unpacking and easing back into a schedule after two weeks away. But before I started this post my husband handed a picture he had printed out that someone had sent him. It’s a picture of my dad and his relatives. The picture would’ve been taken in Arkansas. (My Read more

Why you should read this important health study
Years ago I started writing a book about depression. I’ve yet to get up enough nerve to send it to a publisher. While the idea of physical activity to treat depression is nothing new, it’s been more or less stated as ‘it’s a good thing to do”, but not as “it’s essential to do”. You Read more

Have you ever wondered what Victoria’s secret is? I mean she must have one, right? Psst. I think I know. Actually, I think you know, too. You just don’t want to admit it.
