Blessings undeserved

I’m sitting here this morning, drinking coffee and wondering why I’m so blessed. Oh, now I remember. It has nothing to do with me. It’s called grace.

I’m smart enough, though, to know that life can deal some unexpected blows………

…….but that won’t change the fact that I am blessed. We all are. If we woke up this morning with a roof over our head, if we have food to eat, clothes to wear, if we have a car, books, TV, religious and political freedom, we are certainly blessed.

God bless you today and remember, no matter how we feel, it doesn’t change the fact that God is who He says He is, He can do what He says He can do, we are who God says we are, God’s word is alive and active in us, and we can do whatever God calls us to do. (from Believing God by Beth Moore)
