Found a great thrift store vase, and some really cute tops

Yesterday I went thrift store shopping. I needed some time for myself. I hit Hobby Lobby for the first time in a long time. Also, checked out Goodwill, which I also haven’t done for a while. (Been too busy dropping off things. We’ve been cleaning out the garage. Yikes!)

When I haven’t been working in the garage, I’ve been working in the yard. I’ve been dirty for days. I love those shows where women work in their yard looking totally put together. Are you kidding me? But I’m not that woman. So yesterday was a no-dirty day. Meaning no playing in the dirt. I hope you make time for yourself to do the things you like. It’s crucial for your mental well-being.

I usually never spend more than a few dollars on any one item. However, when I spotted this vase for $10.00, I didn’t blink. What do you think?

Also, I’d been looking for a couple of cute plain red tops. I found two!

Yes, they are different. I haven’t tried them on, so I’m hoping they fit. I’m having to replace a lot of my summer tops. Being on blood thinners makes me bruise really easily. So, I need to keep my arms covered a little more. Although these are short-sleeved, they are not overly short. I’m hoping they come almost to my elbows.

Anyway, I hope you have a great weekend. Hit some garage sales!

God bless.
