Fun and easy fall decorating DIY you can try.

I thought I’d share some fun and easy fall decorating you might want to try. I only decorate for fall and Christmas and keep my boxes of fall “stuff” down to two. However, don’t ask me how many Christmas boxes I have.

The only new items I bought this year were from DT. I love these leather-like pumpkins. There are leaves and words in leather as well. The other pumpkins I made. I’ll bet I’ve made over a hundred. Obviously, I gave most of them away.

Ordinarily, I put most of the pumpkins on the table, but this year I spread them around the house.

This is our mudroom. The gray cabinet is probably my favorite piece of furniture. It’s really old, and it’s been every color imaginable over the years. The “Yea Fall” sign is an old frame I painted black. The pumpkins are napkins I decoupaged onto the frame. I didn’t cut the napkins but tore them because torn edges are more artistic. The letters are wooden letters from Hobby Lobby that I spray-painted gold.

Grateful, blessed, thankful-those are great words for all year.

I hope you enjoyed these pictures and that they gave you some ideas.
