Happy Friday! Embrace yourself for the unique person you are.

Today is my birthday.

I am grateful God chose me and gave me a purpose right in the womb.

It took many years, and while my purpose has always been the same, it has taken many forms. I can see God’s hand through a difficult childhood and know it was all to bring me to this day.

I would have preferred to have learned some lessons more easily.

I would have preferred fewer detours.

I would have preferred to be taller.

Seriously, as we age, we should be able to look back and see God’s hand if we are believers. Wherever you are today in life, beginning your adult journey, in the middle, or towards the end, be grateful for the unique you God created.

Embrace it.

Use it.

Tell God thank you that he chose to give you time on this earth.
