Merry Christmas to all of you

Merry Christmas to all of you. Thank you for following my blog. Here are some pictures from my winter scene I put up every year. Usually, there is a large twig house in the center instead of the gingerbread house. But my grandkids insisted I leave this up so I incorporated it into the scene.

I thought you might enjoy seeing these.

The pictures above are from the Christmas village I have spread out on an antique cupboard. These twig houses are all hand-made for me by a dear, dear, friend.

The picture below is the winter sky. I painted the back of an old picture and then cut out the trees from watercolor paper and glued them on. Some of them overlap. The snowflakes are stick-ons from the Dollar Tree.

I hope you are excited about this next year.

I am. I love January and can’t wait to tell you why.

There will be so much more next year. My digital resources will be up and running. I will be concentrating on my blog more as I think I’ve finally figured out a good schedule for writing and for posting.

I wrote yesterday the Christmas is all about change. It really is. A tiny babe, born as any baby is, was destined to change the world. And because He did, we can, too.

I can’t wait to share some thoughts I have about changing our lives, making our lives fit with who we are now, not who we once were. That goes for our surroundings, our habits, our health, everything. I hope you will join me on this journey.

God bless and have a wonderful and Merry Christmas day.
