Heartfelt prose to bring you needed hope for anxiety.

Where can I hide
Till “‘It” goes away?
What can I do
When will I play?

I look to God.
Is He even there?
I know He is
But I don’t feel His care.

I speak to my soul,
“Soul, why so blue”?
I echo King David,
“It’s up to you.”

But you are rising up
With each new dawn.
Your smile will return
You will have a new song.
God bless each of you who struggles with anxiety. I get it. But you can overcome it. Check out my first book, Depression Has a Big Voice. The same technique that works for depression works for anxiety as well.
