God always has our backs.
Just a quick post. I never post twice on the same day, but I want to share something so exciting with you after it happened. Well, may not exciting. More like, Oh, my gosh!
I told you my newest book, “Finding Your More” was now available. But I hadn’t done any real promoting at all. Now, I know why.
You know how something is just nagging at you but you don’t know why? Well, this morning I started studying the book of Mark. And as I read the introductory remarks, I was hit over the head with what was a huge error in the book. I mean really big.
I’m not even going to tell you because I would be too embarrassed. I got a fact wrong and this after a LOT of research. I don’t know if anyone would have even noticed but I sure did. So I unpublished both books. Whew! Missed a bullet.
This was an important lesson for me to learn because one of my goals is to write a Bible study. Now, I know there is no such thing as too much research.
Sure hope none of you bought it. If you did, I will, of course, deliver you a new one.
But the point of this post is that God is so good. If we listen to his spirit, he always leads us in the right direction. He rescues us even when we don’t know we need rescuing. He is a great God. Trust him for everything today. He never ever fails to deliver.
