A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

It has to do with creative “blocks.” It doesn’t matter what the creative pursuit is, whether you’re a painter, a writer, a sculptor, a quilter, sewer,… Read more

How to re-design and re-define a garden
Yesterday I posted about how my husband and I began making changes in my garden a couple of years ago. Since then my back and feet are much better due to surgery, therapy, and an injection. Before I show you what we are doing now, let me show you who “visited” my garden a few… Read more

How a changing garden reflects a changing life.
(I wrote this post about two years ago. At that time, I was having severe foot problems which as we later learned was a back problem. Plus, my mom was not doing well so I felt under pressure to downsize my garden. Since then the back problem, due to an injection, seems to have subsided… Read more
