Some more inexpensive fall decorating you can try

Who doesn’t like fall? Well, apparently not Iceland, Ireland, or the Netherlands. Seriously. We just got back from a two-week trip, and decorating for fall is not a big deal. I debated whether I should decorate before we left. I’m glad I did because the jet lag is getting to me.

I have more to do, but at least I got the dining room done. Everything I used was from previous stashes. I had some gold-sparkled burlap I wanted to use somehow, so I decided to add a band around some bottles. I love the faux leather pumpkins from Dollar Tree, which I bought a couple of months ago.

The polka dot pumpkin is a styrofoam DT pumpkin, I covered with fabric and added a driftwood step and some fake leaves. I’ve covered many DT pumpkins this way. I’d like to cover some more if I find the time. Check out these pins with great DIY ideas for fall.

The items below were not pumpkins to which I added stems. Voila, pumpkins. I just love these.

I got the wood bases at a garage sale for $1.00. The “faux” pumpkins were $1.00 for all three. What can I say, I live in an area where there are great garage sales. The wreaths were also from garage sales.

Using metallic paint pens, I painted over the fruit as they were very gaudy and looked cheap. They turned out great.

Managed to take a few more pics.

Get your fall MOJO on!

God bless and have a great day.
