Take a walk with me through my garden.

Boy, this summer weather has been crazy everywhere.

Here in Michigan, we are having the hottest summer ever. Plus, the driest.

My garden was looking great when the weather was cool but as soon as it got hot and then dry, I pretty much lost it.

So take a walk through my garden with me. And as I walk with you I will be reminded that next summer is a year away and while my garden is going to sleep for a while, it will come back next year in all its glory.

(I can’t help but think that there are days I’m very much like my garden. Kind of dried up spiritually at times. But then God waters me with His word, and I blossom once again.)

Thanks for walking with me through my garden. And just think, someday, we will walk with the Master Gardener.

God bless and I hope you have a good day.
