A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

Words and fruit
Wanted to quickly share one of my favorite portions of scripture. I so often forget that my words have a great effect on their most devoted listener-ME! Seasonal Affective Disorder
I was watching a major news show yesterday and one of the hosts shared how she suffers from S.A.D. She teared up a little. It was clear to me she was indeed feeling low. Most of the experts agree it’s a real condition. Also, one of the other staff members, a recovering alcoholic, said studies have shown that Read more

Vacating the snow
Hubby and I have had enough of this miserable Michigan winter. We are now basking in the warmth of the Florida sunshine. We visited one of my favorites quaint “beachy” resort towns, Seaside. If you saw “The Truman Show” starring Jim Carey, this is where it was filmed. There are some great shops here. I Read more
