A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

the indisputable link between obedience and faith
Last week I was going to post from my Oswald Chambers reading that day. Here is an excerpt. I encourage you to read all of it. I’m sure you can find it on line. “…………………..All God’s revelations are sealed until they are opened to us by obedience. …..Obey God in the thing He shows Read more

Search under hospital and I think you’ll find it.) nothing is routine where he’s concerned. I wasn’t worried till he said he was a little worried. When you are prone to depression, Read more

“junk car” heaven
Today is a sad day for me. You probably know by now that I’m frugal. (Others would call me cheap.) I’ve mentioned my eighteen year-old car before but today’s news is very sad. Today it died. We knew it was sick but we had no idea it was dying. It wasn’t the engine or anything Read more
