A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

Get rid of “should”
http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/06/22/daily-prompt-no/ There has never been a word I hate more than “should”. I’ve always been told, by one particular person, I “should” do this or I “should” do that. Consequently, I’ve used it too often myself. Let me ask you, has the word “should” ever worked for you except to make you feel resentful? It always made Read more

a cooked-up kindness
(response to Word Press prompt a moment of kindness) I’m sure there have been many people who have been kind to me over the years but most of them were people with whom I already had a “kindness reciprocity” arrangement. But when I was a kid,l I didn’t experience much kindness from my father. Let’s Read more

(This is a reblog from “crayononthewall.wordpress.com”. It started my day with a smile so I wanted to share it with you.) Time Stands Still I often want to freeze time. Keep my little ones they age they are now. So innocent. Explorative. But tonight was one of those nights where I wanted to “freeze this moment a little Read more
