A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

In particular, I liked his rugged look. But this morning, I fell out of love. Robert Redford has gone the way of Kenny Rodgers, Wayne Newton and others. No,… Read more

meltdown Mondays
Got a great, (I think) idea. Mondays are now going to be known as Melt-Down Mondays. I had such good luck with last Monday’s post, it got me to thinking. Could I find something to meltdown about every Monday for the rest of the year? That would be how many “meltdowns”? If I started… Read more

Road trip
In Illinois. Just stopped at Mickey “d’s”. Young man behind the counter didn’t have a clue how to make an iced coffee even though it’s on the menu. Used regular coffee rather than espresso. Hubby and I needed the real thing not this watered-down version. We are on a very long car trip. We figure… Read more

dissatisfaction
(FYI: This is a re-post. It was originally posted in “theworminmyapple.com”.) dissatisfaction My husband and I own a “teeny-tiny red cabin”. We bought it ten years ago, move-in ready. It’s adorable. We love it. But it is only about 500 square feet. That’s fine for the two of us but when family members come for… Read more
