A new approach. I hope you like it.

Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.

So, what do you think?

Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?

Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.

I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

Flowers, fur, freedom, feathers, fleece. Today I’m thankful for flowers. I love gardening and I love all types of flowers. Roses are my favorite and Lady’s Mantle runs a close second. I have lots of roses, not fussy, temperamental ones. If they don’t make it after a couple of years, they’re gone. Today’s post will Read more

Thankfulness/B Today is so-o-o-o-o easy.  I’m thankful for Books-B…B…B.  I love words. I love good writing. I love reading.  I love books. Good books. I’m sort of an elitist when it comes to what I read.  I admit it. I’ve never read a Harlequin romance. And no, I have no intention of reading Fifty Shades Read more

  • giving thanks

I meant to start my month of thankfulness on Nov 1st but what with the remodeling and my mother’s health, that didn’t happen.  But hey, I’ll just start a few days late. There are some things I’m always thankful for—-God, my husband, my family, my friends, my home, my health.  I am truly blessed in Read more
