Decorating our homes

I found an article over at Apartment Therapy, which to summarize, is to decorate your home over time, not to go out and buy everything all at once.

Or you can go to my Pinterest board.

I pretty much decorate this way and always have. For me going out and buying everything all at once is boring and not the least bit creative.

Besides, hunting for those unique items for our homes is half the fun.

Speaking of which, I’m heading to one of my favorite thrift shops this morning, the Irons Mission Store near Cadillac, Mi. This is  a “must” when I’m at the cabin.

Hope you’re hitting some garage sales this week-end and hope you find some  “killer” deals.

God bless and have a good day.
