This is the coat rack we made for ourselves last summer. We received requests from some family members for these for Christmas. We pretty much followed the steps we used for ours.

These are the pallet boards. I place them on top of a board I had on hand. Then I marked the boards for cutting, deciding to cut them different lengths and to stagger them. You can see some of my pencil lines.
