A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

creativity and letting go
This has been a tiring day. Got up early and headed to my mom’s. Husband cleaned out her shed and we hauled some drywall, insulation and some lumber back to our house. She had fixed “Chili Mac”(kind of like goulash) the day before but it didn’t turn out very good so I “doctored” it for Read more

the indisputable link between obedience and faith
Last week I was going to post from my Oswald Chambers reading that day. Here is an excerpt. I encourage you to read all of it. I’m sure you can find it on line. “…………………..All God’s revelations are sealed until they are opened to us by obedience. …..Obey God in the thing He shows Read more

In outpatient surgery
No, not me. Hubby. Routine colonoscopy and endoscopy. But as you know from earlier posts, (using my phone to post and “Link” not working. Search under hospital and I think you’ll find it.) nothing is routine where he’s concerned. I wasn’t worried till he said he was a little worried. When you are prone to depression, Read more
