A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

my box at God’s feet
I’m going to briefly share a concept I believe God gave me a long time ago about how to “keep our thoughts” captured as written in II Corinthians 10:5. Nothing is so important as to keep right spiritually.” From Oswald Chamber’s, “My Utmost For His Highest.” , Read more

the cable guy
Today is another melt-down Monday. This was so-o-o-o-o-o easy today. The cable guy just left. Need I say more? O.K. I might have been a little rude. But all I said was something like, “Boy, you must not like working for Comcast. I’ll bet you get a lot of complaints.” “No. I hardly ever get Read more

how’s your clock running?
A man died and went to Heaven. As he stood in front of the Pearly Gates, he saw a huge wall of clocks behind him. He asked, “What are all those clocks?” St. Peter answered, “Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone on earth has a Lie-Clock. Every time you lie, the hands on your clock move.” “Oh”, Read more
