Well, tonight is the big debate. Are you watching?

Why the debate is important.

Some of you are probably so sick of politics that you have no plan to watch the debate tonight. But I hope you will change your mind. And to be honest, most of us already know what we think and how we’re going to vote. But here’s the thing:

We live in a wonderful, free nation where debate is possible. We have choices we can make. In many other nations, this could never happen. We may not like the state of politics, but let’s be glad we have even have that.

We live in the freest nation in the world.

• Let’s practice our freedoms by watching tonight.
• Let’s practice our freedoms by voting.
• Let’s practice our freedoms by thanking God that we live in the greatest, freest nation on earth.

Let’s not take any of it for granted..
