a love message in the snow

Just wanted to share the cool “art” project my husband created for me yesterday when taking a walk along Lake Michigan. He sent me the picture and I was thrilled. The are called “ice balls” and are found between icebergs.

We would’ve been walking together but I can’t anymore because I have had a number of foot surgeries and now deal with a chronic ankle condition. So this was especially meaningful to me because I know he wished I could be there with him.

I feel like I received an early Valentine.
