A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

Never again will I golf
http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/08/07/daily-prompt-never-2/ There’s probably been more than one “never again” for me. The one that comes to mind though is in reference to something I just said last week, “I will never, ever play another game of golf.” I don’t know why I ever even played the first game. I guess I thought it might be Read more

Lord, keep me humble
I was reading today in II Chronicles : 16. The verses before this tell King Uzziah’s story. How in the beginning of his reign he did right in God’s eyes. The next verses tell how he built his kingdom and his armies. Much of his war arsenal was designed and developed by other people whose invention helped Read more

about anti-depressants/the good/the bad/and the ugly
I was going to write a long post about anti-depressants. As I was checking out some health sites, I came across this link, http://www.helpguide.org/mental/medications_depression.htm. This is very good information. I highly recommend it. But before you check it out I want to add a few things. Having taken anti-depressants on and off for a number Read more
