My Christmas hutch. I love it.

I love decorating my Christmas hutch. This year I just went kind of random. I really like how it turned out

To think, I almost got rid of the gold garland.

Here’s some close-ups.

These trees on the left are wrapped with narrow strips of a red and black wool blanket that was stretched out of shape.

I made these “orbs” from embroidery hoops. So easy. The black and white footed bowls were free. I painted them with black chalk paint and then sanded them to reveal the white underneath. The pattern shows up great.

The Christmas dishes are propped up against gold chargers. It’s a shame I only have four.

This year I removed very few items from the hutch. I just added to them.

Don’t your just love the big ball? I found that at Goodwill a few weeks ago and snapped it right up!

The red and black Christmas trees are foam cones wrapped in strips I cut from an old red plaid wool blanket that was in bad shape. I need to add some starts at the top so you know they are trees.
