A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

No, I’m not talking about accidentally leaving toys out overnight now and then or leaving the yard tools out on occasion. I’m not that fussy. But what I am Read more

an ordinary day
It’s interesting that most of us feel we’re supposed to feel happy every day. We’re not used to “neutral” days. That’s my day today. Neither good nor bad, nothing to cheer about but nothing to cry about either. Doing mundane things. I’m learning to really appreciate the mundane. Drama-free, I’m learning, is a very good thing. But Read more

Mirror, Mirror, I like what I see.
http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/07/05/daily-prompt-mirror/ What do I see when I look in my mirror? I see a woman I’ve come to like. Would I like to tweak a couple of things? Sure. But not a major overhaul. I would just like to look more like how I feel-which for most days is about sixteen. Really. I don’t feel Read more
