the week in review

Earlier in the week I posted about how depression lurks in the shadows and if we’ve struggled in the past we need to be on the alert, not to the point of hyper-vigilance, however.

Then I re-blogged a post about my grandson written by my daughter.

Also, this week I’ve been dreaming about my pergola that my husband and I built last summer.

This week-end will be spent working on my kitchen table. I’m painting it with white chalk-paint, then distressing it. Not I”d like to get it done seeing as we’re eating off a kind of card table. Looks pretty tacky.

Then church on Sunday. We are having the pastor from our sister church. Our sister church is a black church and so this week’s sermon will be delivered in quite a different manner. I’m looking forward to it.

Anyway, God bless and I hope you have a good week-end.
