A new approach. I hope you like it.
Sometimes, new is good. I hope you’ll overlook the fact that I am reposting. I wanted to see what this looked like. Maybe I’ll post something like this every end-of-month, so in case you didn’t read a post, they are all in one place.
So, what do you think?
Besides, trying something new is good, right? And considering it’s the end of the month, it works out well.

Plus, I like being able to see my posts this way as well. It’s been two months of reflection and sorting things out. Mental health, identifying the truly important, and relationships. Some pretty heady subjects. But what else is there to do in these two dark, cold months?
Now, I contend with this Afib diagnosis. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the medications. But I try to see things in perspective. It’s not terminal. It’s treatable. Perspective certainly helps. Besides, I’m an overcomer in Christ.
If faith doesn’t work during times of illness, when will it?
I hope you have a great weekend and blessings to each of you.

depression and color
It’s a wonderful world. I write a lot about depression. I have been there myself too many times although not for a long time now. Organizing from the bottom up
Ok. I cheated. This post isn’t really about organizing. If you’ll look at the picture, you can see I’m sifting through my ever-accumulating stack of books and unread magazines. So what book do I find at the bottom? Yep, the one about organizing. I guess that tells you way too much about me. 🙂 (PS. Read more

Anxiety just needs to be gone. Right?
It’s such a horrible feeling, anxiety. I know it only too well. And when you’re a Christian, it’s even worse because you have that whole “guilt” thing going on. A Christian “shouldn’t” feel this. A Christian “shouldn’t” feel that. A Christian should never feel depressed or anxious. We feel so overwhelmed by the guilt. But Read more
